# StayPerk

> StayPerk is a free tool that helps short-term rental hosts and property managers create printable Welcome Books, guest signs and digital guest manuals. Digital manuals can also include short video guides, plus paid add-ons and local services that guests book from the same link.

- Free to create, print and share. There is no subscription. StayPerk earns a fee only on payments made through it, taken from the seller's share; guests never pay extra.
- StayPerk fees. From November 1, 2026: guest bookings of a service provider's service 20% (5% goes to the host and 5% to the property manager, when there is one); a guest buying a host's or property manager's add-on 10%; a host or property manager booking a service provider 10%; a property manager billing a host for a service 5% plus the card fee; invoices no StayPerk fee, only the card fee. StayPerk pays the card fees in the first three cases. Fees come from the price before tax.
- Guests open a digital manual from a link or QR code in their phone browser. They do not need an app or an account.
- Hosts can start building a digital manual or a printable Welcome Book without creating an account.
- 16 printable Welcome Book designs, each with matching guest signs. PDF downloads are free.
- Digital manuals support short video guides, paid add-ons (such as early check-in or late checkout) and local services from connected providers.
- StayPerk works alongside property management systems, channel managers and booking sites. It does not replace them.
- StayPerk is a new product. It does not publish user counts, reviews or ratings yet.
