About StayPerk
StayPerk is a free tool for short-term rental hosts and property managers. It puts check-in, Wi-Fi, parking and house rules in one guest manual that guests open on their phone, and turns the same details into a printable Welcome Book.

Guests ask the same questions every stay, and the answers end up scattered across messages, PDFs and notes on the fridge. Extras such as early check-in or a kayak rental are arranged by text, one guest at a time. StayPerk keeps the answers and the extras behind one link.
How StayPerk earns
Manuals, Welcome Books, signs and QR codes are free. When a guest pays for an add-on or a local service through StayPerk, a fee comes out of the seller's share, for example 10% of a host's add-on. Guests never pay extra. See pricing and fees.

Where StayPerk is today
StayPerk is a new product. We don't publish user counts, reviews or ratings yet. Manuals, Welcome Books and signs work for any rental. Local services start in some areas first, depending on which providers have joined.
