Where should a guest-manual QR code go?
Put it where guests naturally look for stay information, such as an indoor welcome card. Keep essential arrival details available through your normal arrival message too; guests should not need to get inside before learning how to enter. Print the sign at its intended size and test it with the actual destination before sharing it.
What happens when I update my manual?
The code continues to point to the same URL. Updating the content at that URL is different from moving the guide to a new address. If the address changes, test and replace the code unless you control a working forwarding arrangement.
