    Each reward starts as an estimate. It becomes payable once the booking is completed and StayPerk approves it, and it is paid through Stripe Connect after you complete payout onboarding.

Your dashboard lists the people and properties you referred, completed booking value by property, and whether each reward is estimated, approved, pending or paid.

How much can I earn?

The current reward is 1% of the net completed booking value from approved properties or accounts you refer directly.

When do rewards count?

Rewards count when an eligible service booking is completed and the net completed booking value is confirmed.

Do I earn from every booking?

No. Rewards apply only to eligible completed bookings connected to approved referred accounts and configured partner terms.

Are rewards lifetime?

Partner reward terms may vary by agreement. Standard, extended, or strategic partner terms can be configured by StayPerk. Your dashboard and agreement will show the reward terms that apply to you.

What happens if a booking is refunded?

Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, discounts, and payment processing adjustments are excluded from net completed booking value.

Can I refer property managers with multiple listings?

Yes. Eligible completed service bookings at each of the properties they manage count toward your rewards.

Can I refer service providers?

Yes. Partners can refer service providers who can serve guests, hosts, or property networks through StayPerk.

When are payouts made?

Approved rewards are paid through Stripe Connect after the partner completes payout onboarding. Rewards become payable after eligible bookings are completed and admin-approved.

Do I need to disclose that I may earn a reward?

Yes. Use clear disclosure language, including: "I may earn a partner reward if you sign up through my StayPerk link."
