What you earn
You keep 80% of guest bookings and 90% of bookings by hosts and property managers.
For example
- A guest books a $100 kayak rental. You receive $80.
- A host books a $150 cleaning. You keep $135.
Fees
- 20% on guest bookings
- Split: 5% to the host, 5% to the property manager (when there is one) and 10% to StayPerk. StayPerk pays the card fees.
- 10% on bookings by hosts and property managers
- StayPerk keeps the fee and pays the card fees.
Rates from November 1, 2026. Earlier purchases keep their earlier rates.

What is StayPerk for service providers?
StayPerk helps service providers publish services and get requests from guests, hosts and property managers around short-term rental stays.
Who can list services on StayPerk?
Local businesses and independent operators who serve guests or rental properties, such as rentals, tours, transport, cleaning or maintenance.
Can I set my own pricing and service radius?
Yes. You set each service's price, availability and service radius, the area where you take requests.
Are services available in every market?
No. Local services start in some areas first, depending on which providers and properties have joined. StayPerk is new in many areas, so the number of requests isn't guaranteed.
Can I accept or decline orders?
Yes. You review each request, accept or decline it, and mark it complete when the job is done.
What fees apply to provider orders?
Publishing services is free. From November 1, 2026, the fee is 20% on bookings by guests, of which 5% goes to the host and 5% to the property manager when there is one, and 10% on bookings by hosts and property managers. StayPerk pays the card fees.
