Free Mediterranean welcome book template

Mediterranean surrounds the cover with blue floral details and a fine frame, placing the property photograph in an arch below the title. The coordinated interior and signs carry the same villa-inspired character through the finished set.

Best for: Villa-style homes, tiled interiors and properties with a bright, decorative character.

Why choose this theme?

An arch-shaped photo forms the centerpiece of the cover.
Blue floral bands decorate the cover’s upper and lower edges.
Information pages and signs repeat blue headings and floral corner details.

Make it work for your property

Try an exterior, doorway or room photograph with a strong central subject for the arch. Keep your written introduction simple so it balances the decorative frame, then use separate pages for arrival and house information.

Choose this design, replace the sample details and photos, then check the preview and download your PDF. StayPerk handles the page layout while you edit the content. You can keep or remove pages and add more using the builder.

What you can create

Start with ready-made guest-information pages: Welcome, About the house, Wi-Fi, Check-in, House rules, Amenities, Property instructions, Emergency information, Local recommendations, Check-out and a closing thank-you page, alongside the cover. Replace the sample details and remove anything you do not need.

Create a Welcome Book and compatible matching guest signs, including Wi-Fi, welcome, appliance instructions and short reminders. Download your finished PDF free; signs also support PNG. No account is required to download.
