Free luxury welcome book template

Modern Luxury combines a prominent centered property name with a wide architectural photograph and delicate horizontal rules. Its restrained presentation gives a high-end stay room to speak through the photography and the quality of the guest information.

These are sample printable pages, including an example photo-column layout. Replace demonstration information and photography with your own; these are not photos of your property.

An inside welcome page with a photo beside editable guest information.
A matching Wi-Fi sign with demonstration details and a QR code.

Why choose this theme?

The property name leads the cover above a broad rectangular photograph.
Thin rules and a very pale page surface keep the composition light.
Inside pages pair a tall photo with compact information; the Wi-Fi sign keeps its photo in a narrow upper strip.

Make it work for your property

Use a straight, well-lit room photograph that shows the architecture. Write precise instructions for any special amenities and add a clear host contact page rather than relying on the visual presentation alone.

Choose this design, replace the sample details and photos, then check the preview and download your PDF. StayPerk handles the page layout while you edit the content. You can keep or remove pages and add more using the builder.

Typing a property name into the Welcome Book builder while the page preview updates.

What you can create

Start with ready-made guest-information pages: Welcome, About the house, Wi-Fi, Check-in, House rules, Amenities, Property instructions, Emergency information, Local recommendations, Check-out and a closing thank-you page, alongside the cover. Replace the sample details and remove anything you do not need.

Create a Welcome Book and compatible matching guest signs, including Wi-Fi, welcome, appliance instructions and short reminders. Download your finished PDF free; signs also support PNG. No account is required to download.
